The Legacy
Who is
Mario Beni
In 1979, Professor Dr. Mario Beni developed SISTUR (the Tourism System), a groundbreaking scientific framework that revolutionized how Tourism is analyzed, planned and managed.
This theory, which conceptualizes Tourism as a complex system shaped by environmental relations, structural organization and operational actions within a territory, became one of the most influential conceptual foundations for Tourism studies and planning in Brazil and Latin America.

SISTUR ERP
The smart platform for Tourism management and territorial planning.
SISTUR ERP is a territorial intelligence platform rooted in systemic Tourism theory. It integrates environmental, structural and operational data to guide strategic decisions for governments, businesses and destinations.
Unlike traditional ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning) that focus strictly on internal company processes, SISTUR ERP was designed specifically to analyze, integrate and guide the development of each entire tourism destination. While other systems merely record information, SISTUR ERP transforms raw data into knowledge and knowledge into action for the sustainable development of territories.
SISTUR EDU
Applied education for training the future leaders of Tourism management and planning.

Governance as a Prerequisite
Infrastructure without efficient management delays development.
-

-
Territorial Intersectorality
Tourism relies on deep integration with other local territorial systems.

-
Diagnosis
Systemic Territorial Index (STI)
